NMA's live online courses focus on real time exchanges among trainers and course participants. Courses include all the main attributes of our classroom courses for a smooth learning experience. Participants can develop an individual project during each course and obtain individual support from the trainer to plan and implement such projects.
We favour a participatory approach and a high level of interaction among participants and trainers. Trainers and participants share experiences, good practices and lessons learned. Couses include: Individual needs assessment, group and individual work based on case studies, individual action plans at end of the course, and personalised post-course coaching.

PERSONALISED POST-COURSE COACHING
At the end of the course, each participant can avail of a credit of 45min for personalised coaching to support the implementation of action plans and for any questions related to it. The coaching is provided by the trainer of this course. It is valid for a period of two months after the course.

NMA is a trainer-led organisation. We are qualified professionals with extensive training and working experience in conducting courses and consultancy for non-profit organisations in the South and in the North. We have worked ourselves in management and leadership positions in non-profit organisations, thus know non-profit organisations from the inside.
SOCIALISING AND NETWORKING
Getting to know other participants is part of the fun of doing a course. We set up a Facebook group for each course to that purpose. This group is accessible only to the participants of that course, the trainer and NMA. Participants can also use Zoom for exchanges among themselves.

HOW TO ACCESS OUR ONLINE COURSES
After registration and payment for the course of your choice, you will obtain a code to access the course on Zoom. See here for an introduction. You can use a computer, laptop or tablet (or smartphone, but a bigger screen is better). You will need a reliable Internet connection with a bandwidth of at least 2 Mpbs. Check your connection speed here. For good quality interactions, a headset with built-in or external microphone, and a built-in or external webcam are needed.
When booking your course, you have to choose between two types of certificates for each course:
Certificate of Attendance: After completing the course programme.
Certificate of Achievement: After passing successfully the exam at the end of the course programme.
