DR. DANY DAOU
Senior Trainer and Consultant
Dr. Daou has over 20 years of experience in teaching and training for NGOs, public and private sector. He has extensive expertise in strategic management, Results-based management, Project Cycle Management, diversity, gender, setting up a non-profit organisation, life and soft skills trainings, as well as in the development of curricula for training of trainers. He founded and managed a local NGO for 15 years.
Dr. Daou is a senior consultant with NGO Management School since 2012. His experience includes planning, coordinating and implementing trainings at international and regional organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO), United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), Save the Children (SCF), Business Development Center (BDC) of Jordan, YMCA, Red Cross, Capadev UK, Pestalozzi Children Foundation Switzerland as well as numerous regional ministries.
Dr. Daou has delivered trainings and lectures worldwide in more than 23 countries namely in Lebanon, Switzerland, France, Georgia, Jordan, Iraq, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Yemen, Oman, Kazakhstan, Tunisia, Syria, Algeria, Morocco, Kurdistan, Libya, Sudan, Mozambique, Tanzania, Guatemala.
Dr. Daou is a Dental Surgeon and holds a Master degree in Public Health. Since 2011, he teaches in both under and postgraduate programs at Lebanese University, where he is responsible of the modules of health education, project management and communication.
