Service Description

- Course of 32 hours, thereof 18 hours live online via Zoom - 14 hours of group and individual work, with support of the trainer, to be scheduled at course start. - Individual coaching of 45 min for each participant.

Cancellation Policy

A request for cancelation must be sent to courses@ngomanager.org by email. For courses: If you are unable to attend a course, the refund depends on the notice period given in writing: - More than 4 weeks before the course: 100% refund, minus bank transfer fees - Between 2-4 weeks before the course: 50% refund, minus bank transfer fees - Less than 2 weeks, or no-show at the course: No refund.
