Cancellation Policy

A request for cancelation must be sent to courses@ngomanager.org by email. For courses: If you are unable to attend a course, the refund depends on the notice period given in writing: - More than 4 weeks before the course: 100% refund, minus bank transfer fees - Between 2-4 weeks before the course: 50% refund, minus bank transfer fees - Less than 2 weeks, or no-show at the course: No refund.
