PHILIPPA SACKETT

Philippa Sackett is a seasoned international relief and development professional, with 25 years of field-focused experience managing projects and programs in Africa and Asia. With an academic background in human rights and NGO management, Philippa has worked in humanitarian contexts ranging from Afghanistan to DR Congo and the Sahel, and her organisational experience spans large and small INGOs, a consulting firm and a health research institute.

 

Philippa’s professional career also includes more than a decade at Country Director level, during which time she led teams through a variety of major organizational challenges and transitions, from new strategy development/roll out, to significant funding crises, safeguarding and fraud investigations, and the management of various security crises. A dual Australian and Swiss national, Philippa speaks English and French. She is currently co-coordinating the Impact Forum Community of Practice Kenya on behalf of the NGO Management Association.
Philippa is based in France.
