Co-coordinator of the CoP Impact Forum Kenya
Pauline is a humanitarian and development professional with over 10 years of experience in coordinating networks, managing communities of practice, and supporting member-driven platforms at national, regional, and global levels. She has held key coordination and secretariat roles, including Regional Coordinator for East & Southern Africa at the Global Network of Civil Society Organisations for Disaster Reduction (GNDR), Kenya4 Resilience Community of Practice Coordinator, and Charter4Change Secretariat Coordinator, where she facilitated member engagement and strengthened collaboration among diverse stakeholders. She is the current Vice Chair of Kenya 4 Resilience Network of CSOs. She is currently co-coordinating the Impact Forum Community of Practice Kenya on behalf of the NGO Management Association.
She previously worked with the Kenya Red Cross Society and World Vision Kenya as an Emergency Programs Coordinator , contributing to disaster response and resilience-focused programming. She is deeply committed to humanitarian, development, and peace work, with a strong interest in advancing community-centered, collaborative, and inclusive approaches.
