NICOLE NOUBIAP

Operations and Administration Officer

Nicole has a Masters degree in Human Resources Management from the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI) in Arusha (Tanzania), and obtained an Advanced English certificate from the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. She has been working for fourteen years as a Business Administration teacher at a governmental high school in Cameroon, where she was also in charge of training adult students. Before, she worked as executive secretary in international IT companies in Cameroon, her country of origin.

She is currently completing a Certificate in Human Resources in Geneva. Nicole has previously worked as a Human Resource assistant for the non-profit organisation Comptabilis in Geneva and for Terre des Hommes Suisse for three years.
