ISABELLE NANIN

Isabelle Nanin lives in Ecuador, South America. She is an international women's empowerment coach with experience accompanying professional women and female entrepreneurs to unlock their potential, strengthen their leadership capacity, and create cultures of inclusion and resilience.

Before dedicating herself to the development sector, Isabelle had experience in the steel industry as an Export Sales Manager in England. This corporate experience not only honed her strategic, negotiation, and business development skills, but also gave her first-hand insight into the challenges women face in male-dominated environments and high-pressure international markets.

Her work now extends across Latin America, the Caribbean, North America and Europe, collaborating with international networks to design and deliver transformative training programs. Isabelle specializes in:
 

• Designing and facilitating interactive women's leadership, empowerment, and team-building programmes tailored for Non-profit organisations and small/medium sized companies.

• Coaching women leaders and female entrepreneurs to lead boldly, navigate challenges, and amplify their influence.

In her workshops and coaching programs, she combines different techniques such as narrative practice and art therapy. Isabelle provides trainingsm coaching and coinsultancy in Spanish, French and English.

Isabelle has a degree in International Business and ICF Certificates of Leadership and Organizational Development with Coaching and Neuroscience and in Leadership Skills (Harvard). Active as an international trainer since 2018, she founded her coaching business Fenix Coaching & Training in 2020.
