Senior Trainer and Consultant 

Edit Morin-Kovács brings over 25 years of experience across sectors, spanning strategic planning, change management, and training facilitation in highly complex environments. With a background working with key international organizations like the EU, OSCE, NATO, and the UN, she has led impactful programs in conflict-affected regions, including Eastern Europe, Western Balkans, Central Asia and the Middle East.

In terms of strategic planning, Edit has developed and managed comprehensive programs, such as drafting the framework for the largest OSCE field mission in Ukraine and leading the strategic planning for EU Rule of Law mission in Kosovo. Edit has also supported INGOs like Oxfam and Care International in Lebanon with business development, and advised Save the Children on transitioning from emergency response to a longer-term presence in Poland. Her approach is systematic, focusing on clear objectives, performance indicators, and aligning resources to achieve operational efficiency in challenging geopolitical contexts.

In change management, Edit has driven institutional reforms and led major restructuring efforts, such as in Kosovo and Ukraine, where she oversaw major expansions of the OSCE mission. Her ability to design and implement large-scale operational plans, while considering local dynamics, reflects her strength in guiding organizations through transition phases.

As a seasoned trainer and facilitator, she has a strong track record of designing and delivering training programs. From high-level EU initiatives to conflict analysis and leadership development, she has facilitated learning sessions for diverse audiences, ensuring skills development aligns with organizational objectives. Additionally, her recent work with the Dag Hammarskjöld Foundation showcases her capacity to engage stakeholders and moderate discussions on complex topics.

Overall, Edit is skilled in blending strategic foresight with practical implementation, making her an asset for organizations looking to adapt, grow, and achieve lasting impact in challenging environments.

Edit has a Master of Arts in Political Sciences and a Master of Arts in International Relations. She is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
