Ennie is a certified developmental coach and senior leader with over 25 years of global experience. She is renowned for her expertise in institutional development and strategy facilitation of Non-profit organisations, leading complex, participatory processes to strengthen systems, teams, and movements. She offers integrated expertise in executive leadership development, career and life coaching, and feminist wellness approaches.

 

​Ennie’s expertise includes:

  • Non-profit Institutional Development & Change Management: She facilitates strategy reviews and development, strengthens organizational structures, and accompanies change management processes. Her expertise also includes strengthening the capacity of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), networks, and movements.  

  • ⁠​Learning & Development: She creates bespoke learning strategies and capacity-strengthening frameworks, and fosters learning cultures for civil society organizations. She has a proven track record of designing and delivering customized capacity-strengthening programs in over 45 countries.  

  • Leadership Development & Coaching: Ennie designs and delivers leadership learning programs and coaches senior leaders and teams at all levels. Her coaching focuses on competency development, career planning, and personal management, including wellness-centered life plans.  

  • Locally-Led Development & Facilitation: She is an expert in context-responsive, rights-based, and women's rights programs that center local knowledge and leadership. She also designs and leads high-impact workshops, conferences, retreats, and multi-stakeholder processes.  

Ennie has a BA in Economic History and an MA in International Development Studies. She lives in Johannesburg, South Africa.
