CHARLOTTE LYNGBERG

Charlotte, a Danish native currently living in central Switzerland with her family, is an impact-driven project manager. Her professional journey is fuelled by a passion for contributing to a more equal, just, and sustainable future.
 

Currently, she serves as a Learning and Development Manager, where she is leading the creation of a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC). The MOOC will contribute to the democratisation of education and will enable a global audience to gain insight into how to successfully run an NGO.

Having previously worked within the apparel and renewable energy industries and at Plan International Denmark, Charlotte brings broad international experience and a deep understanding of working cross-culturally. She is a holistic thinker and an adept communicator, recognized for her collaboration skills and keen eye for synergies and value creation.

In her personal life, Charlotte is very fond of hiking and yoga, activities that reflect her appreciation for balance and well-being. These pursuits not only keep her grounded but also inspire her to infuse her professional endeavors with a sense of mindfulness and purpose.
