Courses

We favour a participatory approach and a high level of interaction among participants and trainers. Trainers and participants share experiences, good practices and lessons learned. Couses are based on action-learning principles and include individual needs assessment, group and individual work based on case studies, games and role play, individual action plans at end of the course, and personalised post-course coaching.

Courses of our in-house catalogue can be made available as Live online courses for teams, please inquire.

Certificates

In all of our courses, you will obtain a Certificate of Achievement after successfully passing the exam at the end of the course programme.

Trainers

NMA is a trainer-led organisation. We are qualified professionals with extensive training and working experience in conducting courses and consultancy for non-profit organisations in the South and in the North. We have worked ourselves in management and leadership positions in non-profit organisations, thus know non-profit organisations from the inside.

Socialising and Networking

Getting to know other participants is part of the fun of doing a course. We set up a Facebook group for each course to that purpose. This group is accessible only to the participants of that course, the trainer and NMA. Participants can also use Zoom for exchanges among themselves.

Online Course Booking, Terms & Conditions

You can pay the course fee by credit card through PayPal, by bank transfer or money transfer. For details, please see Terms & Conditions.

How to Access our Online Courses

After registration and payment for the course of your choice, you will obtain a code to access the course on Zoom. See here for an introduction. You can use a computer, laptop or tablet (or smartphone, but a bigger screen is better). You will need a reliable Internet connection with a bandwidth of at least 2 Mpbs. Check your connection speed here. For good quality interactions, a headset with built-in or external microphone, and a built-in or external webcam are needed.

Maricel Tuazon-Dela Cruz
Director, Finance & Administration, The Asia Foundation, Philippines

"A comprehensive, well-structured and highly interactive HR training by an excellent, well-experienced and competent trainer conducted in a great training facility. Logistical support from the NGO Management School was superb too. Indeed, a priceless learning experience worth the long travel from Manila to Geneva."
