KRISTA KAUFMANN

Krista Kaufmann is the Training Coordinator at NGO Management Association, where she oversees the design, coordination, and management of in-person and online training programs for non-profits and their partners.

 

With a background in social sciences, economic history, and design research, Krista has multiple years of experience in project management, facilitation, and participatory learning processes. She has worked with social impact organisations on topics such as political engagement, circular economy, and socio-ecological transformation.

 

Passionate about making complex ideas accessible, she is also interested in the role of visual storytelling and creative methodologies in fostering engagement and knowledge-sharing across disciplines. She holds an MA in Design Research from the Bern Academy of the Arts and a BA in Economic History from the University of Ge
