NGO Management School focuses on strategy development and organisational efficiency. We assist your organisation in management capacity building and leadership development to achieve the organisation’s objectives and to think about the future.
We focus on fostering practical skills and developing strategies that you can immediately use in your work and for your career. We address real-life problems in a participatory and interactive learning environment to find solutions for issues you are facing in your daily work. Our expert trainers share their own extensive field experience and facilitate the exchange of ideas and experiences among participants.
Our courses use customized learning materials to facilitate a smooth and fast-track approach to learning and to achieve the course objectives. Trainers and participants share experiences, good practices and lessons learned. All courses include individual needs assessment, group and individual work based on case studies, which lead to individual action plans at end of course, followed by personalised post-course coaching.
Trainers: NMA is a trainer-led organisation. We are qualified professionals with extensive training and working experience in conducting courses and consultancy for non-profit organisations in the South and in the North. We have worked ourselves in management and leadership positions in non-profit organisations, thus know it from the inside.

Number of participants: Max. 16 persons for best learning experience.
Two types of certificates are available for each course:
Certificate of Attendance: After completing the course programme
Certificate of Achievement: After successfully passing the exam at the end of the course programme.
