This practical self-evaluation tool for NGOs and public sector health institutions was developed to "identify the organization's management development capacity in the area of Human Resource Development (HRD)and to use these results to develop improvement strategies." The attached easy to use questionnaire covers the main human resources subjects. It is best to be used as a group exercise which allows to rapidly sum up an organisation's characteristics on these core functions.
