- Evaluation Quality Proforma (ALNAP)
Very practical checklist to assess an evaluation. Can also be used to develop an evaluation. Contains 6 pages of questions, plus a short introduction and a glossary of terms. Includes guidance notes and proposes a rating system for each question. While originally developed to assess humanitarian actions, it can be used in other sectors, too. The Quality Proforma is divided into six sections: 1. Assessing the Terms of Reference; 2. Assessing Evaluation Methods, Practice and Constraints; 3. Assessing Contextual Analysis; 4.
